Work Wanted, NSW near the central coast

Hi my name is Brenda,

I am looking for a permanent, residential boarding house position in NSW near the central coast.  I have recently returned from  the UK after living and working in prestigious international boarding schools as a house parent, matron, and a student welfare officer  over a 3 year period.  I have also provided homestay in my own home to over 250 students in my own home over a 30 year period.

Prior to my move to the UK in 2014 my career was in contract, and project administration of government contracts i.e. road and rail, social services and education.  I also have prior experience in the education sector in academic accreditation, moderation, student evaluation and audit.

During my time in the UK i enjoyed working with teenage children, no one day was the same and their laughter and their pranks kept a smile on my face everyday and my passion is to find work as a residential matron or house parent in a boarding school where the school has a lovely family atmosphere.

I am have attached a copy of my current CV and welcome any offers.  I am currently living and working in New Zealand but would love to be closer to my grandchildren who currently live in the central coast  North of Sydney.

Work Wanted, Seeking Full-Time Boarding Role

Good Morning,

I am a UK Boarding Professional with extensive experience. I have previously been a Head of Boarding and Housemaster at two English Grammar Schools.

More recently I have been involved in Safeguarding Projects.

I have been engaged as a Welfare Officer for a Sports National Governing Body and have helped implement new Safeguarding systems and conducted investigations in to allegations of abuse and misconduct.

Alongside this I have been working as a consultant for a company that have created an electronic safeguarding reporting and recording system called My Concern. My role has been to advise and train Designated Safeguarding Leads within UK schools on best practice and how to use the system.

I am now looking for a new role within Boarding and  I have always wanted to explore the culture and opportunities available in Australia.

As well as Boarding experience I am an ECB qualified cricket coach and golf professional so I can add further value to any environment I am employed in.

Please find attached a copy of my CV.

I would welcome any relevant feedback on opportunities or requirements for work in Australia.

I look forward to hearing from you in due course.

Many Thanks in advance.
